The FXB Challenge is built on fitness kickboxing, strength training, and nutrition. Before you know it, you will be on the road to better health and fitness. Your personal coach and certified instructors will encourage you — and hold you accountable. You’ll begin a journey you never thought was possible!
As a new student you will be encouraged to join 1 of our 4 10-week challenges that we offer each year. After you finish your 10-week Challenge you have the opportunity to continue training with us as a F.I.T. Student. We offer FIT Challenges to help motivate our students to continue to achieve their goals.
