I’m not gonna lie. There are days when I wake up and feel like laying in bed a bit longer… until I remember what I’m about to share with you now.
The best advice I can give you about having the life you want, and being happy with the way you look and feel is to make being healthy an ethical issue, not a financial issue or even a technical issue.
Almost all people claim they want to be healthy and fit but most people approach it as only an option. Approach anything as an option or a maybe and I assure you that it will NEVER be yours.
If I chose to give into my fatigue do you think I would be in any position to help you or anyone else reach their fitness goals? The answer to that is a capital NO.
It doesn’t matter how hard you work or want it if you eventually let “the lazy” take control.
The times when you find yourself thinking “I’ll just hit the snooze button” or “ Just five more minutes and I’ll get up” are the times when you need to do the most.
Let yourself know that you aren’t putting up with that BS! Challenge yourself to do more than you think you’re capable of, and train your mind to think twice before it decides to “take it easy.”
Because you know what’s not easy? Health issues, having no energy, not being confident in your own skin... the list goes on!
