The New Year has started and if you want to see a new you Floo-id yoga is the place. Great instructors to move you forward. It will leave you flexible, focused and fun to do.

Now this is a studio that makes you feel at home. Not only are the yoga classes amazing, but now that they offer hot pilates, they are the whole package. The instructors at this studio are so passionate about teaching, it really comes through. Anytime I’ve taken a break from the studio, my soul is always yearning to go back. They also offer a $30 for 30 days package for newcomers that can’t be beat. Do your mind and your body a favor and check out Floo-id :)
