I’m a fan of Freesom Fitness because I’m a gal on the go! I drop in when I can, the routines are predetermined, I can do anywhere from 30-60 min workouts, and there’s always a personal trainer working the class so they can point out your incorrect form or if you instruct them, they can push you harder to the next level or show you an alternative if you have an ailment. The camaraderie is great!

Love this place, the trainers rock, the facility is spacious, and they have tons of equipment/stations to keep things interesting and challenging! You combine all of that with the fact that it is Veteran owned and you have a top notch program!!!
