The CryoPenguin allows for pinpoint, targeted application of cryotherapy, similar to but more effective and faster than the application of ice packs.

My husband even signed up for treatments. We're swimmers and deal with the aches and pains like all athletes do. We used to suffer through ice baths in the past. 3 minutes of cryotherapy is equivalent to a 20 minute ice bath! It helps with performance, soreness, inflammation, metabolism, and the athletic edge you might be looking for. I've also noticed my sleep to be improved and I have more energy! Cryotherapy is relatively new here in the U.S., but after lots of research and training, this wonderful family opened up this amazing place. This is a very helpful alternative worth checking out for a variety of reasons. Given how it triggers the body, it may be a helpful “bottom up” approach to dealing with traumas we carry in our body. During my visit I had them also localize the treatment to my neck where I had tension and pain and felt a loss of flexibility. I was surprised to find that the pain was gone and I felt more rotation in my neck as a result again. Twenty four hours later I can still feel the effects. As Americans we are often hesitant to try what Europeans have been using for years. I will be back to continue to explore the benefits for pain and inflammation, as well as trying to discern the impact this may have on being triggered in our traumas in life, both emotional and physical.
