Came in for an initial consultation and unfortunately had to wait for over 30 minutes for my apppontment. The front desk staff were really friendly and apologized for the wait and assured me every so often that I would be seen soon. The location itself was nice and clean on the inside and overall the staff were friendly. Grandeur also seems to have very affordable pricing for laser and offers a ton of services!

I purchased a laser hair removal package through Groupon. I was a little concerned after reading reviews others had posted. However after going to my first treatment, I was impressed with the office and staff. The only problem was the laser gets overheated which made my 30 minute appt turn into an hour.
