I have heard from a few members that they did not receive the last email about reserving the lap lane. I am trying a different way of sending it. If you are not a current member, please feel free to disregard. You may now reserve the lap lane for a specific time to swim! This service is completely free of charge. You can call us or stop by the desk and wee will do it for you. You may also go to our website, click "BOOK NOW", then "POOL AND STRETCH" then pick your time and date. Over the past few weeks several members have asked about group classes resuming. The last time I sent the request I only received one reply, so lets try again! Who's ready for some motivation via group fitness classes? Attending a regular class can greatly improve adherence to your fitness regimen! Having classmates and a friendly instructor to keep you accountable and challenged can make a huge difference. What class would you like to take? When would you like it to be available? Some examples are: HIIT M/W @5pm, YOGA T/R @ 12pm, WATER AEROBICS W/F @ 8am, BOOT CAMP W/F @ 1pm, SENIOR STRETCH & TONE T/R @ 8am, SUNRISE YOGA FLOW M/F @ 6am. You get the idea! I need about 5 participants to cover paying the instructors, so if you are interested PLEASE email or stop by the desk and let us know! In closing, I have exciting news! It has been just over a year since we re-opened post SAHO. Thanks to YOU we are making leaps and bounds in our membership numbers. Due to the increase in members, I am increasing staff and hours.
