We know cardio workouts can increase muscle tightness and soreness and therefore as part of your retreat we've partnered with Grae Therapy to provide personal Athletic stretches for all participants. Clients will be able to schedule 15 minute private sessions throughout the retreat. We've got you covered!

With a quick 15 min ferry ride from Manhattan there's no need to take off from work. We are making sure you can find the balance needed without any impact to your worklife.
