In Celebration of Women's Month we are hosting a

Free ladies night.

Join us Friday, March 15th at 7pm as we celebrate all women. For the event we will offer a 30 minute Harlem Sculpt class, athletic stretch station, nail polish station, and lite bites.

Registration is required for the FREE Sculpt class that begins promptly at 7:00pm. 

On Friday, March 15th HIP HOP moves to 6pm. Join us at 6pm for 45 mins of old school and new school hip hop beats. Class will go back to its regular scheduled time on March 22nd.
