1.) Try to incorporate weight training more frequently. Hopefully 2-3 times a week. With the amount of cardio that I do, I need to pair it with trying to build and tone muscle. 2.) Focused eating. Creating a system of eating cleaner, more natural foods for 6 days out of the week and having one cheat day where I can have some foods that are more of a guilty pleasure of mine. 3.) Be conscious of the calories I drink. Making sure that with most meals my drink of choice is water. And making sure to limit my soda, juice, and alcohol intake all together but especially after 9pm. *I am starting the first month of the year trying to stick to a strict keto, intermittent fasting diet, with a daily devotional component (strengthening mind, body, and spirit) |
