Join Harlem Cycle and JTW Fit for this 80 minute class, broken into intervals of high energy cardiovascular training and strength training.

Spin Cycle this Saturday 1pm

  Class is $25 and outside of your current class package. 

We head to Governors island on May 4-5th for the

Ultimate Cardio Glamping  Retreat.
