It's a NEW week and a NEW Month. Time to knock out those 2018 goals and prepare for 2019. The time to make a change is now. Below are a few tips to help you prepare for your Harlem Cycle class. 1. Make sure you are comfortable! Remember you are going to sweat! Athletic attire with hard-soled, closed toed shoes are required.o 650 calories burned in 1 class)
2. Please Eat....Just not 2 hours before class! Please make sure to eat at least 2.5 hours in advance of class. We recommend foods high in protein to help power you through the workout. 3. Please arrive at least 10 mins prior to the start of your class. This will allow time for proper bike setup. Those persons arriving 7 mins after the start of class will not be admitted. 4. No need to pack any extra gear. Harlem Cycle provides complimentary water, towel, mats, and fresh fruits at every class. |
