For 2 hours stop in and take any or all of our 30 min pop up classes. 12:00pm Circuit City with JTW Fit 12:30pm Cycling with Harlem Cycle 1:00pm Metabolic Madness with JTW Fit 1:30pm Cycling with Harlem Cycle Classes are donation based (min $8 suggested donation) and great for all fitness levels.
