Q: What is the cancelation policy for the Teacher Training series? A: Confirmed workshop registrations are non-refundable. After you have made your payment, refunds are only given if the workshop is cancelled. Q: What happens if Harlem Cycle has to cancel a training? A: In the event that Harlem Cycle must cancel a live workshop registrants will be notified of the cancellation by the phone and/or email that the registrant provided with as much advanced notice as possible. The registrant will be offered the opportunity to re-register for a future workshop at no additional charge, or will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. Q: What if I can't attend all 3 sessions? A: It is recommended that you attend all 3 sessions of the training series. Each session is a build upon the previous session and aimed at getting you completely ready to take the front bike. If you know in advance you can not attend all 3 sessions we suggest waiting until the next training series is offered. Q: When is the next training session? A: Please check this site or email [email protected] for the next training session. Q: If I can't make one of the sessions can I transfer it over to the next time there is a training session? A: Training sessions are meant to be taken consecutively for 3 weeks. If you have to miss a day for a medical emergency we will allow you to make up that day during the next training workshop series if one takes place within six months of the one the registrant could not attend. Q: How far in advance do I have to register for a training series? A: To optimize participation space in all training series is limited. It is advised that you register at least two weeks prior to the training. Q: Will I receive Continuous Education Credits? A: Harlem Cycle “From Good to Great” is a continuous education program provider with NASM and AFAA. You will receive 0.4 NASM and 4.0 AFAA continuous education credits once this workshop series is complete. Q: What do I need to bring for training? A: Please come in your workout attire and be ready to ride. Training manuals will be provided however please bring a pen, paper and maybe a snack. |
