I have had two cryo- slimming sessions, and I am doing two red light therapy sessions every week I will admit I was skeptical of the red light, but I can honestly say that my joints feel better. My mood is better and I am actually sleeping better. I’ve also lost an inch in my waistline and I’m starting to be able to tell I have lost inches in my clothes.
