This was my first experience with pole and I can’t wait to go back. Nicki made the experience that much better. Taking slow and repeating movements to make sure I was able to follow along. If you are looking for a pole fitness class this is the place!

So much fun! A great way to get fit while actually looking forward for going! Makes you feel sexy while seeing fast progress!

Intice Dance Studio was just what I was looking for! The studio is BEAUTIFUL, the instructors are kind and very helpful during and after class, and I really feel like I left with new skills. I look forward to taking another class! ❤️

Intice is a gorgeous studio- there's even a well stocked shopping boutique in the lobby. Olga's choreography is beautiful to move through and will make you feel like a goddess. Jeannie's classes are fun and a great challenge at any skill level. I came for a trial last week and now I find myself working Intice into my regular training schedule. I'm looking forward to finding new growth here!

I loved Intice from the moment I walked in. Not only is it the cutest, coziest pole space, it is such a warm & welcoming environment filled with badass ladies & amazing teachers.

I really enjoyed my first beginner pole dancing class. Good teacher. Very clear instructions. Good mix of ages and body types. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Bucket list adventure for me.

Beginner, first time. Personable, easy to follow instruction. With 10 students, I still recieved one on one instruction and help. We really enjoyed Nikki's class and learned a lot in a few classes. Plenty of towels, sanitizer, dance space, good lighting, and nice lobby/wait space. The ladies in the class were fun and supportive. A fun atmosphere to learn a new skill.

Had an amazing time at the twerk class! If you’re thinking about it. DO IT!!! The studio is so cute + we felt so comfortable and had SO much fun!

I enjoy this intro class and today my arms are in pain lol I feel accomplished. Can’t hold my own weight, but it was fun to try.

Today I tried Pole Yoga for the first time. It was amazing. Alina is a gifted and experienced teacher. The studio feels like a safe space to explore and express through dance and movement. I’m looking forward to trying more classes!

Great class! Olga is a very skilled teacher and does a great job making students feel comfortable.

Always wanted to try this and finally did. I loved it and it was a great workout. I plan on continuing with lessons to work on strength and flexibility.
