Jabz Camp is a week long program with the girls meeting for 3 hours a day Monday through Friday from 1pm to 4pm. Start dates are offered June 3rd and July 8th. The cost is $199. 

Each day the girls will participate in a 45 minute boxing-based workout. The remainder of the time will be spent with guest speakers and facilitators covering topics such as nutrition, self-esteem, positive self-talk, social media safety and healthy relationships to name a few.

Jabz Juniors offers girls a chance to learn more about fitness and why exercise is important. The program is 6 weeks in length with the girls meeting Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:15am to 11am (with the exception of July 5th). Each class is approximately 45 minutes. The cost is $159.

Girls will learn about empowerment and confidence as well as gain emotional and physical strength.
