Deep Tissue Massage, 90 Minute: $155

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension as an alternative to traditional table massage. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule. I'm available as an independent contractor to provide quality chair massage in all 5 Boroughs, for your office or special event. 

$100 per hour (2hr minimum), $200

$95/hr, (3 hrs) $285

7-15 min chair massages will provided to organizing event participants of at least 6 or more. Price includes transportation with massage chair and supplies. Set up and removal of equipment takes place prior to and immediately following event and is not included within booked massage time.

Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage

This popular Massage service is designed to reduce tensions and possible movement restrictions in one of the most common areas of overuse. Unnatural body positioning and poor posture can contribute to the many discomforts experienced in the neck and back regions. Headaches, stiffness, numbness or tingling in the arms and fingers may be signs that muscles in this area are negatively affected. Bodywork specifically designed to target this region can greatly reduce stress carried in the upper extremities and improve overall range of motion in the neck, back and shoulders. *Includes Hot Towels 

Hand or Foot Massage

20 minutes : $45 (Pkg of 4, $135)

We use our hands and feet EVERYDAY. Often they go unrecognized as places where tensions and injuries occur. For about 20 min, get the stress relief you need in these specified areas of potential overuse. You may not realize just how relaxing this structured massage really is, until you finally receive one. Hand Massage includes all areas from the tips of your fingers up to your elbows. Foot Massage includes all toes, ankles and up to your knees.
