How are you, ? I'm popping in with the hopes of brightening your day with some beauty and wellness nuggets. I am finding that these crazy times have given us moments to do things we normally don't do. Despite the circumstances, we have the power to appreciate moments of gratitude, laughter, and creativity - if we allow them. Today, I encourage you to focus on welcoming in things that make you laugh, and a little bit of hand care. 1.Mind care: Turn off the news! Here is one of my favorite Nexflix finds: Stay Here (staycation travel guide and design show). 2.Hand care: Here's an easy protocol to take care of your dry, dehydrated hands that you can do at- home...in between washing! You'll need 2/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup warm coconut oil (olive oil will also work), and just a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Stir well to combine, and apply to hands in a circular motion. After 1-2 minutes of buffing skin, rinse with tepid water and immediately apply hand cream. You can store this in an airtight jar to use again and again.
