Strength & Conditioning Classes
Top notch instruction in an hour long class, which typically consists of a warm-up, movement mechanics instruction, strength portion, and conditioning segment. Classes are blended and we deliberately modify exercises, weight, and volume depending on the individual's strength, level of conditioning, injuries (old or current), and range of mobility. You never have to do an exercise that is uncomfortable or painful for YOU. Our mission to healthy progression - and that looks different for different people.
WHAT IS YOUR GOAL? That's where our personal training begins. It might be strength...or cardiovascular conditioning...or weight loss...or building lean muscle...or getting into that bathing suit...or working on an injured area. Whatever it is, our highly skilled and personable trainers are here to build a plan around what YOU want. Train with us according to your desired frequency and time of the day. Personalized Nutrition Plans
What do I eat? How frequently? In what portions? Our process begins by taking your initial measurements. Then we discuss your goals and put you on a plan that you can tailor to your own tastes and schedule. We TEACH you how to eat and fix your metabolism. You will weigh in and have a conversation with your accountability coach each week. This plan provides the knowledge, motivation, and accountability to truly succeed, not just in the short term, but also in the long term. We have tons of success stories in our gym.
