This is a two-week introductory class for new members.  It will provide a safe and focused environment to learn the movements, the lingo, and simply build the confidence to enter our general population classes. 

This class is for people who have never worked out before...or for those who haven't done so in several years.

Details, please!  Begins June 15th... lasts for 2 weeks... occurs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays... 0630am - 0730am.
