I am so grateful to have had the divine connection in finding BodyCentre when I needed to look to continue my EWOT therapy while in the area for cancer treatments. I continued to add RIFE and Red Light Therapies and was so Happy, Fortunate, and Pleased to have the support and care and accommodations provided by Mark & Kelley to allow me the many, many appts and time invested in my healing. The staff and facility are simply amazing and I could not have been more humbled by the experience. I highly recommend BC for those needing to really dig deep in a complex cancer journey you will not be disappointed with the expertise and therapies available.

Essie was absolutely amazing! Honestly top three massages I’ve ever had in my life. Firm when needed and gentle when needed. I would highly recommend her and will probably book again in two weeks.

Daniel and Sonia are the best! They both provide excellent service and really know what they’re doing. I usually get the sports massages and it’s amazing. Very good for recovery and improving circulation. Also it’s ext relaxing they always use the perfect amount of pressure. If you’re sore from a workout or a sport I would highly recommend a sports massage with either Daniel or Sonia.

This place is AMAZING! I can’t believe I’m just learning about it. I first started with a massage, Dan V is awesome! I tried the BOA compression treatment, and now I’m hooked. The whole staff is super friendly and the owners, Mark and Kelly are so supportive and always there to explain a treatment or help you in any way. It’s truly an amazing place. So cute and always with fresh baked goods to share. I just love this place.

I had a massage with Dan V. It was amazing. I did a mix of deep tissue and relaxation, he combined the two so well. He set up the room well and made me feel right at home. I felt at ease, comfortable, and relaxed. Body centre and Dan V are the best!

Had a amazing girl's day at the spa, celebrating one birthday in the group. We arrived a little early, enjoyed chatting with Kelly and petting the spa pup, Mae. We loved looking at the products, ended up buying several Voluspa candles before we left. We all did 55 minute massages and we're super happy with our sessions; Daniel, Eddie and Christina all did great! We're already planning our next girl's day to the spa in August. We make the drive from Redondo Beach because we love this place so much!

Received the most amazing massage yesterday from Kelly at BodyCentre Day Spa! I booked the appointment because my back was so knotted up that I was miserable. Kelly worked wonders and today I feel wonderful! Thank you Kelly!

A friend and I stopped in to use their molecular H2 inhalation machine (which is the best!) and met one of the owners, Mark. We had a lovely conversation with him and learned about his and wife’s passion to help others. I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and I highly recommend you check them out.

sonia gave me a deep tissue massage that was amazing. it’s like she knew exactly what pressure i needed and where. i also deeply appreciated (no pun intended) that it was quiet as she worked her way through all my knots.

I have traveled all over the country, and have been lucky enough to have visited some very incredible spas. But the facial I got today from Angie was at the top of the list. She made me feel so comfortable. I actually fell asleep during the procedure. I highly recommend her five stars I can’t wait to get another one thank you so much!

I had back surgery a few months ago and have been in a reasonable amount of pain. I started seeing Lee for deep tissue massages which have helped tremendously. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and tries to fix the root problem. My overall back pain is drastically lower after going ever month. Highly recommend!

So happy I finally took the time to pamper myself and get a facial. Angie was amazing. Made me feel comfortable the whole time and the end results were great. I did the microdermabrasion facial.
