Upon arriving I was greeted and completed a simple medical history. I then met my therapist and we went over treatment options. I started small due to never having tried this type of treatment. I was made very comfortable and started treatment. I was very relaxed and felt no pain after the initial pulling sensation. I would definitely recommend this location for your treatment needs
