Hey Vocal Powerhouses, 

Thank you for being a part of our community. Please be patient with us in th upcoming weeks. We have a lot of new programs, classes, and products that you'll be hearing more about.  We're growing over here at My Best Voice.  With growth comes change.  I just wanted to remind you of a few policies that will be strictly enfroced in starting January 2021.  

Price Changes: As of January 2021, if you're an CURRENT CLIENT your price won't change.  You will have to request your private link if you're not on a subscription. 

Outstanding Lessons: All outstanding lessons from 2020 need to be completed by January 2021.  Per My Best Voice you have 90days to complete outstanding sessions. Please call 229-808-7455 or myself if you need help scheduling outstanding sessions 

No Call/No show:  We will also strictly enforce our 24 advanced noticed policy for make up sessions. Except for emergencies there will be no exceptions 

Rescheduling: Generally the second Saturday of each month will be dedicated to make up sessions.  If your instructor has to reschedule, the instructor will do their best to accomadate the best time for you. 

Let's make 2021 happen.  NO excuses we show up and show out
