In this 2 hour workshop, we will provide foundational in-depth instruction and guidance on basic arm balances and inversions. Students will work at their own individual pace with the opportunity to study the basics of the poses in a way that will dissolve fear and create a hopeful and playful space. Open to beginner and intermediate practitioners.

Mandala's are a spiritual and ritual symbol representing the universe in many cultures. This workshop allows children to visualize and create their own universe by painting their own unique mandala onto a rock. Paint, tools and rocks are supplied.

We will break down basic postures and movement, while discovering where the resistance is in the pose and how one can get to the next level with fascia work and strengthening exercises. Open to all levels; with a focus on beginners.
