Nirvana Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hour teacher training program that offers training with some of New Jersey's most experienced teachers. This program is for those wanting to learn how to teach, or for teachers wanting to learn different modalities and styles of yoga.

The teacher training will hold bi-weekly classes from January-May. In addition to attending classes, trainees must complete at home study, written assignments, class observations and adjustments, student teaching, and a final exam.

After 6 weeks of holiday stress, come disconnect with the world and reconnect to your body. This class is great for everyone, and works with helps the mind and body move toward releasing and healing. We will begin with an hour-long Y12SR class, but you do not need to be in a 12 step program or recovery to enjoy and benefit from this class.

After winding down through savasana, you will indulge in a breathwork circle, allowing you to release anything you may have discovered while in your yoga practice that night. This is going to be a beautiful class that facilitates the process of letting go and finding ways to love yourself a bit more deeply. Open to ALL who wish to attend (you do not have to be in 12SR to attend).

Nirvana is proud to be partnering with Lauren Muriello, founder of the Well Being Therapy Center, to offer a safe space for the therapy center's Intensive Group Therapy Program for Teens, called Circle Up!

The wonderful Well Being Therapy Center staff, as well as other talented specialists (including the dogs!), will join us regularly to lead activities and inspire our teens.

Circle Up will include interactive experiences and experiential therapies designed to be effective at boosting mood and increasing self-esteem, while creating a fun experience that keeps teens motivated to participate.

Teens who enroll are welcome to come one, two, or three times per week - all are encouraged to come at least two times per week for maximum benefit.
