Elevate your yoga practice with the support of the aerial silk hammock. In this unique style of yoga, you'll explore some familiar shapes and postures in new planes helping you bend a bit deeper and invert with ease. Emphasis is placed on deep stretching, decompression of the spine, core engagement, strengthening, and inverting safely.

Level 1 is a slower paced class with focus on foundational aerial yoga poses & basic transitions to build your practice. Recommended for students newer to aerial.

Begin this work shop with a yin yoga practice guided by Vita Semeraro. Mostly done on the floor, the practice targets our deepest tissues of the body; our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body, rather than the muscles. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with the goal being to safely and therapeutically stretch, stimulate and strengthen these deeper tissues. On an energetic level the practice allows chi/prana to move more fluidly through our meridians.

After, experience the beautiful practice of (emotional release) breathwork in the company of likeminded souls, facilitated by Tiffany Curren.

Reiki is a Japanese therapeutic technique that brings about balance. It is used to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and bring about an overall well being for optimum health. It is also known to help with healing and addictions as well as helping with insomnia and digestion.

Please join Joy our Reiki master for Reiki level 1 training. You will learn the history of reiki and receive a Level 1 manual. You will also receive a certificate for Level 1 Reiki, hand positions and time to practice on your classmates. You will receive an attunement to the universal life force, reiki energy.

Join Nicole Lardieri as she takes you through the art of arm balancing and inversions. Nicole will take you through key components to help introduce arm balancing and inverting into your practice for the first time, or help to progress your practice from wherever you are. Learn the importance of plank pose and chaturunga and how your Vinyasa is connected to the root of all arm balances. This workshop is designed to help you find strength, range of motion, breathe and mental focus needed to take flight. Nicole's toolbox techniques will break down the mechanics of popular arm balances and create a safe space for your to finally love being upside down. You will walk away with a variety of techniques that can be applied to your practice for many years to follow.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of practice. Whether you are curious (or fearful) about arm balancing or getting upside down, this workshop will help you overcome obstacles and take your practice to a new level.

Level 1 Immersion

Our 30 hour, in depth teacher training program will take you on a journey of self discovery through our three main principles.

We encourage each student to shed masks they've been hiding beneath and unlock their true potential to command a room.

Study founder Nicole Lardieri's SoulFire Method and learn about the human body and how to access specific energetic points to create balance within the Chakra System.

We guide you through our signature sequencing, proper alignment to promote safety in the body and the art of the gentle touch. You will create a sacred and safe space to let your students develop deeper in both the body and in mind.

*Level 1 instructors will receive certification in both SoulFire Method and SoulFire POWER formats. Applicants are recommended to have a minimum of 1 year group training in some form of physical fitness. All applicants must complete the application process and deposit requirement, as well as complete a minimum of 10 SoulFire Method classes prior to training and at least 6 months of personal yoga practice. Once certified, Level 1 instructors will be added to our teaching roster and be permitted to teach class offerings at any one of our partnering studios.
