Join us for a seminar that will provide information and recipes to purify the body with a Ayurvedic cleanse. The practice of cleansing is considered a vital part of the Ayurvedic lifestyle to improve energy, strength, and immunity. The Ayurvedic cleanse rests and resets the digestive system, eliminates toxins, and removes excess Vata, Pitta, and Kapha from the body, to promote improved balance and overall health.

Join Andrea Powers for a YA Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. Aerial Yoga takes your traditional yoga practice off the ground and into a hammock. The hammock is a wonderful tool to teach students how to align their bodies within a variety of yoga postures as well as experiencing inversions without any compression on the spine.
