Hot HIIT is a low impact, 60 minute workout designed to strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body. Using the combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), core strengthening, and cardio in a room heated to about 100 degrees, this class creates long, lean muscle toning while at the same time burning fat and calories. Hot HIIT is performed in bare feet on a yoga mat and paired to upbeat music. A full body workout, Hot HIIT is appropriate for all levels. NEW class! A vinyasa class that teaches alignment and how to get in and out of the poses. The pace is slower and the poses are broken down with a focus on alignment and the breath. This class is suitable for all levels, but has an emphasis on instruction for beginner and intermediate students.

This class restores the body back to the natural state allowing for proper weight, muscle tone, and sense of well-being to follow. Great for intermediate students, or anyone who want to focus on their alignment. NEW Wayne teacher! Nirvana Restorative Yoga with Thai Touch & Floating Meditation Friday's at 11:15 AM in Wayne! Starts July 5th. A therapeutic and meditative class, where we gently open the body by holding restorative poses, using props and breathing techniques. Thai Bodywork adjustments will assist in opening the body deeper. Class will end with floating meditation in the aerial hammocks. This class is appropriate for those that are new to yoga, those with recovered injuries or with chronic illness, but is open to all who want to gently open the body and quiet the mind. |
