Join us for an evening of couples yoga and Thai massage. This workshop will strengthen the bonds that bind you, and will open you to greater intimacy, communication, and love.

A warm room sets the foundation to create a special chance for you and your beloved to support each other with partner yoga, relax with restorative poses, connect, play, and become closer. Embrace and rekindle the passion with simple massage techniques from the ancient art of Thai massage.

No yoga experience is required, just an openness and eagerness to love more and have fun together.

Saturday, February 23rd 1:00pm-3:00pm in Montville (112 Main Rd.)

Begin this work shop with a yin yoga practice guided by Vita Semeraro. Mostly done on the floor, the practice targets our deepest tissues of the body; our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body, rather than the muscles. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with the goal being to safely and therapeutically stretch, stimulate and strengthen these deeper tissues. On an energetic level the practice allows chi/prana to move more fluidly through our meridians.

After, experience the beautiful practice of (emotional release) breathwork in the company of likeminded souls, facilitated by Tiffany Curren.

Reiki is a safe, empowering energy healing technique that can be "learned" by anyone. It promotes balance of the body, mind and spirit, and can release stress, calm emotions and anxiety, help relieve physical symptoms, promote relaxation, restful sleep, self-awareness and inner peace.

Join Joy Mancini, to receive training and attunement to Reiki Level 1. You will learn the history of Reiki, receive an individual attunement to healing Reiki energy and learn hand positions for self-treatment and giving Reiki to others. You will practice hands-on with your classmates. You will also receive a comprehensive manual and ongoing email and telephone support.

This is an open level training. There are no pre-requisites.

Level 1 Immersion

Our 30 hour, in depth teacher training program will take you on a journey of self discovery through our three main principles.

We encourage each student to shed masks they've been hiding beneath and unlock their true potential to command a room.

Study founder Nicole Lardieri's SoulFire Method and learn about the human body and how to access specific energetic points to create balance within the Chakra System.

We guide you through our signature sequencing, proper alignment to promote safety in the body and the art of the gentle touch. You will create a sacred and safe space to let your students develop deeper in both the body and in mind.

*Level 1 instructors will receive certification in both SoulFire Method and SoulFire POWER formats. Applicants are recommended to have a minimum of 1 year group training in some form of physical fitness. All applicants must complete the application process and deposit requirement, as well as complete a minimum of 10 SoulFire Method classes prior to training and at least 6 months of personal yoga practice. Once certified, Level 1 instructors will be added to our teaching roster and be permitted to teach class offerings at any one of our partnering studios.
