Hey NJ Fitness Factory Family, I hope this email finds you well. NJ Governor Phil Murphy ordered all gyms must be closed indefinitely by 8 p.m. tonight. NJFF will be closing after the 6:45 pm class tonight. Therefore, all memberships will be placed on hold until it is safe to reopen. However, the NJ Fitness Factory team is here to help you stay the course with your health and fitness goals. With the health challenges we are dealing with as a collective human family, it highlights the importance to double down on our self-care.
This brings us to the decision to go digital 💻 📲 with at-home workouts.
Starting Tuesday, March 17th, we are offering NJFF coach lead workouts to perform in the comfort of your home via zoom video conferencing. There will be some technology that you will need to access the exercises, but it will be worth the effort, we promise you.
HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER...
WHERE? We'll meet as a group for a live Zoom workout. During these sessions, our coaches will guide you through a 45-minute workout you can perform in the comfort of your home. WHEN? We'll go live every day at 9:00 am starting tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17th.
If you can't make a live class, no sweat, all sessions will be recorded and we will share the training materials and videos with you right away via email and inside a private Facebook group. We'll also have regular Q+A sessions, bonus workouts, nutrition tips, and much more inside our private Facebook group, so you never feel alone in your journey. We will be offering these live, interactive, online classes at a low investment of $50 per month. If you would like to be a part of these virtual classes, reply to this email with "I am in." We hope that during these tough times, you continue to prioritize your health and fitness with your NJ Fitness Factory family beside you. Committed to your health, NJ Fitness Factory Team |
