We are writing to keep you updated on our THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY SCHEDULE. 

Here are the times and classes for Thursday & Friday, November 28th & 29th: 

Thursday, November 28th 

8:30 & 9:30 am Only. (There will be filming in the 9:30 am class, this video will be used for future marketing purposes of our fantastic gym.) 

Friday, November 25th 

Classes will begin at 8:15 am (There will be NO 5:30 or 6:20 am classes)
