The goal is to move your body every day and be conscious about what you put in your body. We want to connect as a community to support one another in our goals, see a few familiar faces and get fit - in spite of social distancing.
From May 11-31, OBFT is offering a three week program, which includes:
- weekly meal plans
- 12 boxing & muay thai classes via Zoom (4x per week)
- daily home workouts
- private Facebook group to chat, ask questions and share photos with the other challengers
