In case you didn't know, you can add on the Open Gym program to your existing membership for only $10 per week. During this time you can do any of the FitRanX workout programs provided for you. They change weekly and each has its own focus. There is a strength workout, a conditioning workout, a kettlebell workout and a monthly challenge workout. Each month the person that wins the monthly challenge workout will get a prize. For the month of April, you will win a $100 Boston Pizza gift card, plus a Team Canada Hockey Jersey! If you would like to enroll in this program, I'm going to give you the rest of April for FREE! Better yet, if you decide it isn't for you you can cancel before the end of the month and pay nothing. Just reply back and say "Please addon the open gym", you can start right away, you you won't see a charge till your first payment in May.
The hours start at 7am Mon-Sat and are any time there isn't a group class
