    The ladies at the Diet Center Heights provide more than just nutritional guidance and facts on how to lose weight. They provide emotional support and counseling which is so important. I haven't been able to find this level of support anywhere else in the country. I love everyone at Diet Center Heights and I'm so happy to be starting my journey with them again, now that I've had children and need my body back!

    Non stick cooking spray 16 oz 99% lean ground turkey 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 onion, minced 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp kosher salt 1 cup diced tomato ½ pkg GP chicken soup mixed with 4 oz water 21 mini rainbow peppers, halved and seeded (about 13 oz seeded) 4 low fat string cheese sticks shredded 2 tbsp light sour cream or non fat yogurt, thinned with 1 tbsp water 1 jalapeno, sliced thin (optional)Preheat oven to 400F and line a large baking tray with parchment or aluminum foil. Lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion & garlic to nonstick skillet and sauté about 2 minutes, add ground turkey, salt, garlic powder, cumin and cook until meat is browned.. Add tomatoes & chicken soup, mix well and simmer on medium for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Arrange mini peppers in a single layer, cut-side up & close together. Fill each with cooked ground turkey mixture, then top with shredded cheese and jalapeno slices. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and cilantro.     4 chicken Breast-4 oz each4 sticks of low-fat string cheese½ cup diced tomatoes4 Basil leaves-choppedGarlic to tasteSalt substitute seasoning blend1/2 package Gold Premium Chicken Soup mixed with 4 oz waterMake horizontal slice in chicken breasts. Open breast and pound with meat mallet to flatten. Season with salt substitute seasoning blend and garlic to taste. Place cheese in the middle of the flattened breast, ¼ of the tomatoes & basil. Carefully fold breast back to original shape & secure with toothpicks. In a large non stick oven proof skillet Heat over medium high heat and cook till golden brown. Heat a skillet over medium-spray with non stick cooking spray & add chicken. Cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes a side. Do not crowd the chicken in the skillet; brown in two batches if necessary. Add the browned chicken to the slow cooker. In the same skillet that the chicken was cooked, add the onions.
