1 Flatout® Light Flatbread 1 tbsp fat free cream cheese 1 tbsp capers Garlic powder to taste 4 oz smoked salmon 1 cup arugula Nonstick olive oil cooking spray Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray both sides of Flatout bread place on pizza stone or cookie sheet. Spread with cream cheese and sprinkle with garlic and capers, salmon & bake for 6 min. Top with arugula.
