16 oz low fat (1%) or nonfat cottage cheese 1 pkg ranch dressing (dry mix) ¼ c. Frank's Wing Sauce 10 oz shredded chicken ½ c. low fat or fat free shredded cheese Blend the cottage cheese, ranch dressing mix, and wing sauce in a food processor or blender. Mix with chicken and spread in a 13x9” pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes. Serve with celery for dipping.
