We send our love and appreciation to you as we embark on a new journey during these confusing times. Building increased stress and anxiety with this transistion, has made it more important than ever to stay calm and keep ourselves healthy within our body, mind and spirit. We can all benefit from regular practice and now we get the gift of practicing with guidence within the safety of our homes.
We will offer our classes daily, but we can not do this without you and we need one another more then ever. Together we can offer an unimaginable support through this and build eachother up in a higher light. History has proven that in times like these, that becoming united can deliver all stronger on the other side. We are here to support you every step of the way. Allow us to guide you through living your yoga both in and out of center and on and off the mat.
