For me December is always a month for reflection, to look at what I have learned, what I am grateful for and what I want to do in 2024.

My Favourite Christmas Video of all time!

As a very young adult this video & subsequent movement it started, changed my perspective on the world. There were many who did not have what we had, with poverty raging especially in Africa.

Plus the 80's are still the best decade for music!

We launched Holistica Wellness 3 years ago with the aim of offering extended benefit type health services. We put it on hold though when the TCM we had left for the USA.
