I trust you have all had a somewhat relaxing, enjoyable if not hot summer! I have just come back from a 3-week trip to Europe, one that left me with several buckets filled! What I get in Europe, I cannot get here in Canada. It is hard to explain; I think a part of it is that I so enjoy the joie the vivre in how the Europeans take pleasure in the finer things in life such as enjoying their meals, time, culture & each other. I just love it! Some highlights:

• I traveled using only a carry on, in 4 countries: Bulgaria, Greece, Italy & Holland, very liberating!
• I was news-free for 3 weeks and better for it.
• Visiting family for the first time in 15 years was just too long a time away. 
• I swam in the Aegean  / Mediterranean sea, & water makes me happy, just heaven!
• I visited & so enjoyed 2 different spas, I am a Spa Girl and am doing what I am supposed to be doing!
• I took in culture and museums, and was captivated & enthralled with the amazing capability of human beings.
• A part of me is very connected to Europe and I need to do more of this, more often.

A spiritual experience to say the least. I realized that there are things I need to focus on in my life to feel more of the above here, at home. So hence my call for intention! I always say that contrast in life is important, and this was surely the case for my "Europe 2023 Baby" travels!
