Hey , July is almost here, so let’s use this upcoming month to get back to a routine and healthy habits! This challenge is all about dialing in on SMALL HABITS every day to help guide you in making July a success with your fitness and wellness goals without being extreme or overly restrictive! What is it?
This Challenge is hosted on our Bodyfit Fitness App, so you can do it from ANYWHERE. Each participant will have a calendar to follow along each day. Your calendar is laid out with simple tasks, habits and a daily workout to hold you accountable! - Workout of the day designed for all fitness levels. Already doing another workout? No problem, just log on your calendar what you did for your workout that day!
- Habit of the day will show up on your calendar to complete (water, protein, meditation-these are just a few you'll see). Habit tracking is part of that commitment that small changes CAN make big differences!
- Access to our Challenge Accountability Group to buddy up with your friends, cheer others on and see what everyone else is checking in for!
- Optional: Track your nutrition on MyFitnessPal throughout the challenge. You’ll receive recommendations for macronutrients and/or calories to focus on from a Registered Dietitian.
- Weekly message from a BODYFIT Team Member to check-in and see how you’re doing!
