50 minutes of circuit style, high energy cardio and strength training. Each class will include 3 stations. Station 1 is TRX Straps to help with core, bodyweight, balance, & flexibility training. Station 2 is strength & plyometric training where we use dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements to help improve your overall strength. Station 3 cardiovascular training, where we use Ski Ergs, Rowers, Bikes, Jump Rope, and Bodyweight Movements to help imrpove your overall heart health. If you like variety, this is the class for you!
Thrive Lift is a 60-minute class focused on strength training, You learn how to move weights better and safer while getting stronger and more fit along the way. Use everything from barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells & odd objects. We do a mix between upper body & lower body movements from squatting to pressing. Don't know how to use weights? Don't worry this is for beginners to advanced weight lifters & we will teach you all along the way.
Thrive Burn is a 60 minute class focused on conditioning-based workouts. Get ready to burn the maximum amount of calories possible. Use everything from rowers, bikes, running, boxes, bodyweight movements, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-ups & so much more! All put together in HIIT Training workouts.
