THE PREP ACADEMY
The adult classes are held in a small-group setting to create a sense of community and commitment. Our program is specifically designed for maximum caloric burn while giving you all the benefits of strength gain and muscle tone along the way. These exercises and programs will give you a continued metabolic fat burn effect, up to 72 hours after you're done with the workout. We believe that a family that works out together is far more likely to have a strong and healthier relationship. Our family program is progressive in nature and is modified according to the fitness levels of each family member.

The Factory is a performance fitness and health center serving clients in the Northern Orange County area. We started in the business of athletic development back in 2002. It started out as a very small operation training only a handful of athletes. From the start results were obvious and more and more athletes started approaching us for the opportunity to train. With a growing demand we scaled up our staff and started working with different high level club teams and multiple high schools for the local area. Over the next few years, it was very apparent that we were going to need our own facility to meet not only the growing demand of athletes but now their parents and family members that wanted to reach their fitness and health goals as well. It was a big jump but in 2012, The Factory performance and fitness was born! We have been BLESSED to have helped over 300 athletes obtain their dreams to play college sports, with many other success stories as well! We have also enjoyed working with our growing adult clientele helping them achieve their own goals in the health and fitness realm.
Meet the Business Owner
Matt has been the Owner/Director of Athlete's Quest since 2006 and has been involved with training athletes since 1999. In 2002 Athlete's Quest was off and running. Matt is always striving to keep Athlete's Quest operating at the highest possible level. Besides attending countless training courses and seminars to further his knowledge and education, he's earned certifications from IYCA, USA Weightlifting, NSCA Fly Solo Program, (which is specifically designed for performance training of young athletes) and many more.
Matt has always followed his love of sports, from playing Pop-Warner football as a youth to participating in high school wrestling, football and water polo. Following his passion eventually led him to coaching various successful high school and youth programs around the Southern California area. Matt has always enjoyed working with kids. He's coached children in school as well as before and after school programs in the city where he grew up.
