Our group classes are focused on making everyone feel welcomed by providing one on one attention during a group setting. Everyone has different goal and we recognize and address that in our classes; adjusting the workouts to each individuals needs.
Just looking to see where your metabolism is at, or the mobility in your joints?
We offer PNOE Metabolic testing, and Functional Range Assessments.
PNOE provides productive insights into what your resting metabolic rate looks like, breaking down calorie intake and fuel source. As well as to how your cardio respiratory system works during different levels of intensity of exercise.
Functional Range Assessments will look at your passive and active ranges of motion. Based on what your goals are, or what sport you play, determines on what kind of mobility you need. From there we can devise a plan to help imporve your mobility to help you toward your goals and improve joint health.
