Advance and Learn to Share Your Yoga Practice --
100, 200, 300-YTT Teacher Training
Location: PBY - Fort Lee & Edgewater, NJ | October 2025-March 2026
Prerequisite: Personal Yoga Practice of at least 6 Months prior to the start of the training.
Requirements & Timing of Training (subject to adjustments):
13 Sundays 9:00am-6:00pm. [9hx13=117]
Plus 13 Tuesdays & 12 Thursdays 6:30-9PM [62.5]
Homework, Reading Assignments, Mentorship and Graduation Ceremony - [20.5 hrs]
For those looking to advance your practice, there is a 100YTT option available and you can skip some of the training that focuses on teaching, or audit it for your personal benefit.
For those seeking a 300YTT, additional 100 hours are required (Pre-scheduled 91h, plus 9h homework and mentorship. Some of those are on select Fridays and Saturdays). If you have a 200 YTT from a different school you will be required to attend the entire program with the additional 100 hours for the 300 YTT. You will have different assignments and requirements than those seeking 200 YTT and receive personal mentorship and tailored direction to find your authentic teaching voice and style, learn the art of adjustments and assists and drop deeper into your meditation practice.
For previous graduates of the PBY 200YTT seeking a 300YTT, you will receive 100 credits towards your Pure Bliss Yoga 300YTT. Some of the program may be review for you and those portions will be optional to attend.
Weekly Personal Practice; Community Teach
Maintain a daily personal practice; Take an average of at least 2 PBY group classes per week. After the appropriate portions of the training, practice your sequencing, teaching and doing adjustments by assisting in regular classes and teaching community classes.
There will be homework and assigned readings too, plus an exam at the end. Don’t stress - you’ll be well prepared for it.
