Greetings! It's Stephanie here, the owner of Purely Pilates.
First, thanks from the bottom of my heart for being part of our thriving pilates community. At Purely, many of our students come to us with back pain, or recovering from (or avoiding) spinal surgery. In talking with you and viewing your recent survey responses, I noticed that many of you are wanting some extra TLC for chronic back pain. I know that back pain stinks. I know that all you want is to get back to exercising and moving in a pain-free way. If that's you, then please keep your hope alive. My passion is working with people with all types of back conditions. I have been studying some pretty revolutionary techniques to help those suffering with back pain, and I'm beyond excited to share this with you!
I'm looking for a small group of people (no more than 4) for semi-private lessons. You must have a positive "take charge" attitude and be ready for change!
This is open to current members and new students. Are you already taking classes but you need more one-on-one? A semi-private is a great idea.
