Young Athlete Summer Program
Young Athlete Summer Program will focus on increasing overall strength, muscle mass, and mobility of the participant. There will be three types of classes offered through each week. One class will focus on increasing strength and muscle mass using TRX suspension straps, kettle bells and battle ropes. One class will focus on increasing flexibilty and mobility with static and dynamic stretche; using yoga concepts with these styles of stretching will lead to increased overall body mobility and flexibility. The third class will incoprate both of these classes into one.
We want the young athlete to learn proper functional form to maximize their bodies performance level. So often we see young atheltes who have problems performing basic movements which can lead towards other issues. Please take adavtage of this summer program to increase your young athlete's capablities!
There will be 40 classes offered from May 21 - July 26th, 2019. We will be selling this class in packages of 5, 10, 20, as well as unimited. That way the classes can be used around the users schedule, sports, and vacations more easily.

Cycle helps increase your cardiovascular functions, all while building muscle in your legs and burning awesome amounts of calories. Our bikes feature computer tracking that displays in class; as well as sends you a report after class so you can see how you improve over time! We have various cycle classes for any type of rider.
Yoga increases your overall flexibility, strength, and posture. It also helps support weight loss, stress reduction, and proper breathing. Yoga can bring balance to your body, from the workouts we put our bodies through, and stresses that comes to us in different forms. Radius offers a wide variety of yoga classes for any level.
Our Radfit classes focus on increasing your overall body strength and muscle mass. We use functional training methods incorporated with lifting and high intensity interval principles to deliver efficient workouts. Our Radfit classes incorporate TRX suspension straps, kettlebells, and battle ropes.
NUTRITION & ACCOUNTABILITY
Radius offers nutrtion and accountability classes with the goal of helping people find healthy eating habits that work for you. We do this by setting up proper calorie and macronutrient goals; along with mealplanning and food tracking, so you can reach your goals!

Radius Fitness is a healthy place for people to get away for a short period of to focus on themselves. Everyone needs time to refocus and reset their mental and physical state. Josh Rodgers, a successful personal trainer in the east valley has expanded his business with the help of his wife, Caren Rodgers, to bring an exciting fitness center to the residents of the east valley. Josh has a degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University and has owned his personal training business for 5 years with 10 years in the industry. Caren, also a past personal trainer, turned to business management in 2013. Caren also holds a lifetime BeatBoss indoor biking instructor certification. Radius Fitness is our new creation for individuals who are looking for a ‘community feel’ workout.
