Was born in San Antonio, Texas. Was in different foster homes till he was adopted in Northern Wisconsin at the age of 12. Coach Z played 5 sports in high school (Football, Wrestling, Basketball, Baseball, and Track)

College - Coach Z went to Northern Illinois University on full scholarship to play football and wrestle. He Earned 2 Bachelors in Nutrition Health and Human Sciences and Corporate Communications. Masters in Coaching Education and Leadership.

NFL - Coach Z was on NFL on practice squads for the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers.

Coaching Experience - Coach Z has coached at 6 different colleges and universities (D1, D2, D3, and NAIA) and have achieved success with my athletes at every school.

Certifications - NSCA > Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USAW Lv 1 and NASM CES

Brad Hinkle has an impressive resume that includes previous experience in both the Cleveland Indians and the Pittsburgh Pirates professional organizations. With a consistent fastball pitching speed of 90-91 miles per hour, Brad was able to allow very few hits and logged many strikeouts while pitching in the professional arena.

Brad Hinkle was a standout at Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Michigan where he was a two sport player in basketball and baseball. On the diamond he had an impressive 15 starts with a 15-0 record in these starts. He also logged 14 complete games of the 15 starts. Brad Hinkle was named to the All-American team his senior season at Spring Arbor University, and was the 2008 NCAA National Pitcher of the Year. Brad graduated from Spring Arbor University and has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Fitness Management.

Brantwon Bowser born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, where he attended Maryvale high school. Brantwon excelled in football, basketball, and track. Receiving first team all region and state all three years for varsity football, two year all region in track, and one year all region in basketball. Brantwon was recgonized as one of the top athletes in Arizona that led to a varity of scholarships from various Division 1 colleges. Choosing to go to the Big East Bowser signed for a full ride scholarship to play for West Virginia University Football collegiate team. Bowser played in four major Bowl Games with the Orange Bowl being the biggest played against Clemson. Brantwon also recieved his bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary Studies in three minors, communications, public relations, and sociology.

Matt Kelly is a former basketball player who was born in Columbia, Missouri that is battle tested and has a passion for training and developing student athletes. Matt played for a prestigious basketball high school Rock bridge high under a well-respected coach Jim Scanlon for four years. He played on a very talented team that made it to Missouri's class 5A final four only to lose to Chaminade and NBA Allstar Bradley Beal. He was named to the First team All district and All area team two years in a row and noted to be one of the top players in the state of Missouri in the Missouri edition of ESPN Rise magazine for high school. He received interest from schools like Toledo, Eastern Kentucky, Missouri State, UMKC and others. Matt Played Junior College ball at North Central Missouri College where he was a standout earning National Player of the week averaging 30.6 ppg and nominated as an All American as a freshman averaging 15ppg. He Also played ball at UT Permian in Odessa, TX under coach Andy Newman where they won the regular season and Conference Championship game with a 26-7 record. They made history being the first team to win their Conference outright, Lone Star Champions, and first year making the NCAA D2 National tournament. He suffered a season ending injury which ended his playing career at UT Permian 2016-2017.
