Day 1 [Speed]: Accelerate your athleticism through speed training. Learn proper sprint mechanics & apply them during fun, competitive drills & games. Banded resistance & The Raptor will get your heart racing while varied start positions & reactive drills will challenge your overall quickness.
Day 2 [Agility]: Juke your next opponent by improving your footwork, reaction time & body position to change direction faster. While putting your newly acquired speed skills to work, you'll learn effective ‘cutting' technique and complete agility courses combining hurdles, ladders, cones, zoids & tennis balls in record time.
Day 3 [Power]: Jump higher, land softer & ‘throw' faster to rise above the competition. Utilizing Vertimax jump training, plyo boxes, hurdle drills & medicine ball throws you will learn how to develop more power in your sport and position to maximize your explosiveness on the court and/or field.
