I had my first Infrared sauna experience! It was very relaxing and the spa was very nice with great amenities! Looking forward to my next session!

Great first experience! All the staff was very welcoming and positive! Went in to try the cryo chamber for the first time. The guy who helped me explained everything so calmly (while internally I was panicking). I ended up absolutely loving it, felt amazing afterwards! Would absolutely recommend giving it a try, there are so many great benefits your body receives from it!

What a great experience my first time at Restore for a cryotherapy session. Erin & Renee greeted me upon arrival & explained the process. They were so welcoming & gave me a tour of the studio room by room. Erin then got me setup for my cryotherapy. They provide a robe, socks, slippers, gloves
